Iguazu: 22. – 23.06.2010 That was the easiest border crossing on our whole journey so far. We didn’t even have to get out, and could drive up to a booth. So to say a Drive Thru Border, on the Argentinean as well as the Brazilian side.
With new stamps in our Passports we headed for the Parque National Do
Iguacu. Since the Iguacu Falls are on the border between Argentina and
Brazil you can visit them from both sides. So one could see us boarding
the tour bus that carried us to the boardwalk, where we enjoyed the
magnificent head on views of the waterfalls.
After we walked about every inch of boardwalk we enjoyed our first
Brazilian café, before it already meant again; Bye, bye Brazil. Our next
target does lie in the same country, but we intend take advantage of
the cheaper prices of the neighboring country. So we left Brazil and
headed for the Friendship Bridge to Paraguay.
On it goes in the Paraguay-Report.
Greetings
